Non-Returnable Products:
At Dayal House, items purchased through our website (www.dayalhouse.com) are generally non-returnable due to the nature of the products. However, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. Please submit an image of the item and its defects via email to info@dayalhouse.com, along with your order details.

Order Cancellations:
You can initiate an order cancellation by emailing Info@dayalhouse.com. Cancellation requests must be made before the product(s) are ready for shipment. The ability to cancel an order depends on the order’s processing status. Successful cancellations will result in a full refund to the original method of payment. Once an item is ready for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds Policy:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after a successful cancellation. Payments made via credit card or net banking will be refunded to the same account. The management’s decisions regarding damaged or defective products and refunds are final.
